The Hamad International Training Center (HITC) eLearning portal “iheed” is a new and innovative way to deliver online courses to HMC staff, as well as other healthcare professionals and individual practitioners outside of HMC.

The e-portal provides courses on a variety of topics, which you can explore in the following main areas:

• Resuscitation
• Disaster
• Trauma
• Critical Care and Anesthesia
• Instructor Courses
• Other Courses

Online instructions

• Visit the e-learning page by Hamad International Training Center on Hamad Medical Corporation website.
• Click on HITC e-learning portal.
• Log in or create a new account.
• Choose the course classification from the catalog.
• Click on the course you would like to enroll in and read the course description before clicking “Enroll”.
• then upon completion click on “Request Certificate”.
• Click “Download Certificate”.

• You can request technical support in case you encounter any technical issues, or call the following number: 55847691 between 7am-  5pm.
• You can also check the courses schedule through the courses link.
• In case of certificate expiry, you have to re-take the eLearning course to get re-certified.
