Service Description

This service enables the granting of a certificate to individuals that qualify them to organize youth activities and events (youth forums, youth symposiums, exhibitions, youth festivals, camps, youth camps, youth trips, workshops, lectures, and youth courses). With the permission to collect specific, announced, or contracted financial fees in return for providing technical and logistical services and providing the resources, capabilities, and facilities necessary for organizing and managing events, competitions, and youth events.

Online Instructions

• Login to the Ministry of Sport and Youth (MSY) website.
• Select “Granting a Certificate of Qualification for Practicing Youth Activities” service from Youth Affairs services.
• Login to National Authentication System (NAS) using your username and password.
• Fill in the required information according to the procedures specified in the online application form.
• Attach the following documents:
  • ID card of the applicant
  • The highest academic certificate obtained (photo)
  • Certificates of experience in the field of youth (copy)
• Agree to the service conditions.
• Pay the appropriate fees
• Submit your request.

Fees

• New Request: QR 5000 
• Renewal Request: QR 5000 
• Request to Amend data: No fees are required
• Cancellation Request: No fees are required
• Lost Replacement Request: QR 100 

Additional Information

• The applicant must possess one of the following qualifications and experiences:
  • PhD from one of the accredited colleges or universities, or an equivalent certificate from one of the recognized universities in Qatar, with two years of experience in the youth field.
  • Master's degree from an accredited college or university, or an equivalent certificate from a recognized university in Qatar, with three years of experience in the youth field.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with five years of experience in the youth field.
  • A general secondary school certificate with five years of experience in the youth field.
• Obtaining written approval from the Youth Affairs Department.
