Description
This service allows investors on Qatar Stock Exchange and dealers with financial services companies to file a complaint to Qatar Financial Market Authority (QFMA).
Online Instructions
- Choose "Complaints" in the list of E-Services on QFMA website, then click on “Apply E-Form”.
- Enter the required data and tick the checkbox "I'm not a robot".
- Attach the following documents:
- QID copy (Mandatory)
- Authorization copy (Optional)
- Any other relevant documents (Optional)
- Tick the checkbox "I have read and I agree to the terms of use".
- Click on "Submit" to send your complaint.

Additional Information
- The fields with the star symbol are mandatory fields.
- The maximum size of the attached document is 5MB.
- The file types to be uploaded are: .gif .jpg .jpeg .tiff .pdf.
- Upon completion of the application, an email will be sent to the applicant.
- You can also submit the application via QFMA mobile app, kiosks, and service centers.
