Service Description

Any customer, vendor, supplier, consultant or contractor who wants to submit their official communications to the Public Works Authority “Ashghal” may use this service, and correspondences are accepted online via the service. This is referred to as Incoming Correspondence to Ashghal.

The competent department at Ashghal can respond or send new correspondence to an external customer, vendor, supplier, consultant or contractor through this service. This is referred to as Outgoing Correspondence from Ashghal.

Agencies that are registered in the G2G (Government to Government) Correspondence System are exempted from using this system, and they can follow the G2G Correspondence System service provided by the Ministry of Transport and Communications (MOTC).

Online Instructions

To send correspondences, please follow these steps:

  • Log in to the service by entering your username and password.
  • Create new correspondence by addressing the competent department at Ashghal.
  • Add cover letter.
  • Attach required documents and send the correspondence to receive an acknowledgment as Ashghal reference number.
To receive correspondences, please follow these steps:
  • Log in to the service by entering your username and password.
  • Search received notifications of new incoming correspondence from Ashghal.
  • Open correspondences you want to read.
  • Download cover letter and attachments.
  • Respond to new incoming correspondence or archive.

Offline Instructions

  • Visit Ashghal Tower2 or Asset Affairs reception.
  • Submit hardcopy of your correspondence, and the receptionist will register it and provide a receipt containing Ashghal reference number for tracking.

Additional Information

  • External companies may contact Ashghal via the email archive@ashghal.gov.qa to register themselves and use this service.
  • Registered external companies will receive an email invitation from Ashghal to complete their registration and activate their own user account.
  • Registered companies may use this service 24/7 except on official holidays.

Fees

No fees are required for this service.
