Service Description

This service allows citizens and residents in the State of Qatar to dispose of huge waste, that is, in large quantities or in a size that is difficult to dispose of in the regular garbage containers including household furniture, clothes, wood, plastic, household electrical appliances, paper, iron, trees and any other non-hazardous materials.

Online Instructions

• Fill out the online form, entering all the required information.
• Enter requester information (name - mobile number - QID no.)
• Enter “My Address” information and write service details.
• Click on “Start Workflow”.

Additional Information

• This service can also be obtained via Oun mobile app or by contacting the Call Center on (184).
• Throwing waste in public places is a clear violation of the Public Hygiene Law No. (18) of 2017, and a seizure report will be issued against violators if it is found that waste was thrown outside the house without coordination with the hygiene supervisor.
• Construction, medical and chemical waste will not be removed.
• Waste will not be removed from inside homes by the employees of the Ministry of Municipality. The applicant must place it outside the house after coordination with the cleaning supervisor.
• The number of requests per house should not exceed 3 times annually.
• The quantity of huge waste should not exceed one load per order, with a weight of 3 tons and dimensions (length 350 * width 195 * height 95) cm.
• The service is available for homes only (citizens and residents) and does not include residential or commercial complexes or singles housing.
• The duration of receiving the service will be 2 - 5 days, depending on the requests received.
