Service Description

This service enables the registered taxpayer appoint a representative from the General Tax Authority to help carry out tax-related transactions on behalf of the taxpayer.

Online Instructions

  • Login to the National Authentication System (NAS).
  • Select the "Self-Registration" service, and then the "Registration via an Employee" service.
  • Click on “Start No" after reading the instructions that appear on the screen after choosing the registration via an employee.
  • Enter information related to the issuer of the taxpayer, document type, and number, and then click on continue.
  • Enter the new employee's information and then click on "Save".
  • Acknowledging the validity of the data entered and then submit the application.
  • A message will be displayed stating that the application is complete and contains a reference number for the application.

Additional Information

  • If you want to add more employees than the allowed limit, you must complete the self-registration process separately to add more employees.
  • The taxpayer can cancel the employee's appointment with the same steps mentioned above by clicking on cancel.
  • The previously registered employee can register a new employee on behalf of the taxpayer through the self-registration service.
