Description

Customers can apply for KAHRAMAA cut request of water and electricity services for rented and existing buildings, to disconnect such buildings from KAHRAMAA network through some easy steps.

Offline Instructions

  • Download and fill out water or electricity application form and submit it to the nearest customer service center except City Center branch.
  • Pay the due bill.
  • Attach the required documents which include:
  • Electricity number and letter of guarantee (in case the leaseholder or the owner doesn’t submit the form in person).
  • In case of connection requests to residential buildings, a copy of QID should be submitted.
  • In case of connection requests to commercial or industrial buildings, the applicant should submit the establishment ID, authorized person signature on the form in addition to the official seal.
