Description

The General Retirement and Social Insurance Authority (GRSIA) provides this service to contributors to enable them to follow-up on their requests online.

Online Instructions

  • Login to the Online Services Portal for Individuals using your Hukoomi credentials.
  • Browse “My Page” by clicking  icon to view the requests list.

Offline Instructions

  • Visit the Customer Service at GRSIA headquarters.
  • Provide the required details to get the service.
