Service Description
The urgent Telemedicine consultation service by Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) allows you to get the necessary diagnosis for your health condition so that appropriate action is taken without the need to visit the hospital.
The service is available by dialing the Qatar Health Care Unified Contact Center number 16000 and choosing HMC urgent consultation (Option #3).
Working Hours
- 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM (Saturday-Thursday).
Fees
No fees are required for this service.
Additional Information
- This service aims to help patients get the necessary diagnosis without visiting the hospital unless it is urgent.
- Those who would like to be provided with emotional support for anxiety or stress from Corona Virus (COVID-19) can benefit from this service.
- Pregnant women can also benefit from this service or they can call 40261091 before going to the Emergency Department at the Women’s Wellness and Research Center.
