Description

Citizens may apply to the Land Allocation Section of the Lands and Survey Department to revoke the condition related to senior staff and that related to the special grant.

Offline Instructions

  • Download the paper form and fill in the part about “Condition Revoke Request”, then submit it to the Customer Service Counter at the Urban Planning Sector.
  • Attach copy of Qatari ID and title deed.
  • ِAttach building completion certificate or Kahramaa certificate.
  • Submit memo from bank for senior staff indicating Loan Settlement Clearance.

Additional Information

  • Fifteen years from date of construction shall pass, and the housing loan shall be paid in full, in case of the senior staff lands.
  • Ten years from the date of completion of construction shall pass for granted lands and the ones allocated before 2000 (Amiri endowments).
  • Fifteen years from the date of completion of construction shall pass for granted lands and the ones allocated after 2000.
  • The Ministry of Municipality and Environment clarifies on its website the process plan of the service in detail and in the form of a work plan.
  • This service requires 21 days to be completed.
