Description

This service enables companies to create an electronic account by entering their data, operating permit numbers and environmental permits, and use the e-services of the Industrial Inspection and Pollution Control Department, to issue operating permits and submit environmental reports, among others.

Online Instructions

• Enter the service page and review its requirements and conditions.
• Login to the National Authentication System “Tawtheeq” through MECC website.
• Enter the commercial registration number.
• Enter the company's environmental permits or operating permits data, after reviewing the company's data and verifying its accuracy.
• You should enter a username and email that are not previously registered and add a password.
• Attach the below documents:
  • Copy of operating permits.
  • Copy of environmental permits.
• After completing your application, it will be reviewed, and you will be notified of approval or rejection.

Additional Information

• The following must be considered when entering the commercial registration number:
  • The applicant must be the owner of the company or one of the authorized signatories in the company’s records.
  • The commercial registration number must not be previously registered.
  • Make sure that there is no application for registration under procedure with the same commercial registration number.
• You can add unlimited number of permits.
• You can add an unlimited number of attachments, provided that it’s in PDF format, and size does not exceed16 MB.
