Description

This service, provided by the Ministry of Finance (MOF), allows suppliers, service providers, and contractors whose annual revenue does not exceed QR 100 million to enter data regarding their manpower and financial situation, and earn an “SMEs” stamp on their classification certificates, in addition to enjoying various other features.

Online Instructions

• Sign in to the Unified Website of State Procurement
• Click on the “Applications List” tab.
• Choose the classified application you want to update its data and click on the icon under the “Online Classification Requests” column.
• Choose “Classification of Small and Medium Companies” from the drop-down list of the available request types.
• Attach all the required files, fill in the necessary fields, and make sure all the information is correct, then send your request for review.    

Requirements & Conditions

• A valid login account with the Unified Website of State Procurement.
• At least one completed and classified classification application (company) to update its data.
• The company's annual revenue must not exceed QR 100 million.

Additional Information

Once all the details of the request are confirmed to be correct by MOF, users will receive a notification once certificates are issued, to be downloaded through the website within 7 days of the issuing date.

Fees

This service is free of charge for the first time only. The normal classification fee applies in case of amendment (QR 200 for Suppliers and Service Providers, and QR 1000 for Contractors).
