Description

The system admin in the company which submitted the customs declaration or the customs clearing agent may check the status of the customs declaration online through Al Nadeeb system. They also can check the declaration through messages on the mobile phone of the agent who submitted the declaration.

Online Instructions

• Log in Al Nadeeb system.
• Select "Declaration" from the list on the right side, then "Status Enquiry".
• Enter the required information in "Search for Declaration Status" page and select declaration type, then click "Search".
• Click on the link to the customs declaration number in the "Search Results" page.
• Review the customs declaration's details and status.

Additional Information

• Customs Clearance office or company must be licensed by the General Authority of Customs. The customs agent has to pass the qualifying training courses, obtain the necessary license, and pay its fees. Also, there must be a mandate from the importer to the customs clearance company.
