Service Description

This service enables the taxpayer to define or change the method of controlling taxable income when the tax return is a draft version (before submission).

Online Instructions

  • Login to the National Authentication System (NAS).
  • Select the TIN for which he/she wants to change the method of tax accounting.
  • Click on Start Now after reading the instructions that appear after selecting the transfer pricing permit.
  • Select "Return/ Statement" and then click on "Filing Obligations".
  • To change the accounting method, you must click on “Amend” on the declaration form that appears in draft status.
  • Choose the method for determining taxable income, and then click on continue.
  • The form will appear to you with an edit method.
  • After pressing "Continue", a new form based on the new method will open.
  • Acknowledgment of the validity of the entered information.
  • Submit your request.
  • A message will be sent to you containing the application reference number.

 

Additional Information

The taxpayer must fill out the declaration again from the beginning, as the information required to be entered for the new method is different from the information that he/she entered in the previous method.
