Service Description

Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation (KAHRAMAA) provides this service to customers from real estate owners to print certificate of electricity connection date. 

Online Instructions

• Visit "KAHRAMAA" website and choose the "Customer Services" section from the menu above.
• Open the service link. 
• Select the type of certificate, enter the ID number and the electricity number.
• Choose the method of receipt and then click on the "Get Certificate" button.
• After submitting the request, you will receive a confirmation message.
• The subscriber will be notified as soon as the application is ready to issue the certificate.
• Click to get the certificate after verifying its details.
• Review the service connection date and press "Pay" to pay the certificate issuance fees.
• Pay the fee to download the certificate.
• A text message will be sent to complete the request.
• You will receive the certificate via e-mail.

Additional Information

This service is also available via KAHRAMAA mobile app by following the below:

• Log in to the application.
• Click on the Certificate Request Service.
• Choose the type of certificate (certificate of the date on which the electric current was connected).
• Enter the electricity number.

Fees

A fee of QR20 applies.
