Description

Commercial establishments may submit an online request to the Ministry of Commerce and Industry to cancel all kinds of discounts/promotion licenses/special promotions (prize draw/scratch and win), which have to be valid or scheduled.

Online Instructions

• Login to the Investor Services portal.
• Select "Promotion/Discount Licenses", then "Cancel Promotion/Discount Licenses".
• Select the establishment which license to be cancelled, and then click on "Agree".
• Select the license type, and click on "Next".
• Select the license to be cancelled, enter the reason for cancellation, and then click on "Next".
• Complete the procedures and print the cancelled license.

Additional Information

• The owner, any of the partners, or managers listed in the establishment's commercial register may submit the application. The establishment's commercial register must be valid.
• The application is not allowed if there was an application of the same type previously submitted to the Ministry, and that has not been executed or cancelled.
• The promotion/discount license shouldn’t be cancelled in case it was expired.
• If the department's employees have any comments, a text message will be sent to the applicant.
• After the issuance of the Ministry’s approval, a copy of the modified license will be sent to the applicant's email, and the license will be also printed by the department's employees.
