Book COVID-19 Vaccination Appointments through "Nar’aakom" Mobile App

This service allows eligible customers, wishing to receive COVID-19 vaccine, to book a vaccination appointment through “Nar’aakom” mobile app of the the Primary Health Care Corporation.

Online Instructions

  • Download and login to “Nar’aakom” mobile app.
  • Click on “E-Services”.
  • Select “Request COVID-19 Vaccine”.
  • Enter the QID number.
  • Enter the one-time password (OTP) sent to your mobile number.
  • Answer the clinical questionnaire, after successful OTP verification.
  • Choose the vaccination appointment and submit the request.

Additional Information

  • Priority is given to the following age groups in obtaining COVID-19 vaccine:
    • Individuals over the age of 30
    • Children between 12 to 18 years old
  • The user can choose three vaccination dates and timings.
  • After the request gets submitted, you will receive an SMS with the reference number.
  • The health centre staff will call you to confirm the date and time.
  • Then, you will receive an SMS confirming the vaccination appointment.
