Select “Residency Services”, and then “Automatic Residency Renewal”.
Choose “Subscribe in the Service” option.
Read the terms and conditions of the service, and then tick the check box.
Enter Establishment Data: Establishment Number and Establishment Name.
Enter Subscription Data: Bank Account Number, Maximum Amount of the Service, Renewal Period, Report Type, Email, Phone Number, Report Language (Arabic or English), and Address details (Area, Street, Building No., Unit No.).
Click on “Submit”.
In the case of selecting the “Stop/Reactivate the Service” option, the system will display the subscription data and its current status, in addition to the option of “Reactivate” if the service was not active, or “Stop Service” if it was active.
In case of choosing “Update Subscription Data” option, if the user is authorized on behalf of the establishment, then he/she can update the following data:
Bank Account Number
Maximum Amount of the Service
If the user is an establishment representative, then he/she can update the following data:
After subscription, the service also allows you to add or remove expectation for employees’ using QID number.
