Description

This service enables the authorized signatory in an establishment to grant representatives or any other individuals access to the e-services of the establishment.

Online Instructions

• Login with your smartcard to the e-services portal of the Ministry of Interior and select the establishment whose services a representative will use.
• Click on “Smart Card Services”, then “Manage Authorizations of Smart Card”.
• Select served establishment in “List of Establishments” page to display the representatives for its services in the “Service Representatives List” page.
• Select “Add Service Representative” and “Hukoomi Services”, then click on “Next”.
• Add QID no. of representative in “Add Service Representative” page even if the person is not on establishment sponsorship - in case of Hukoomi Portal services only, then click on “Next”.
• Select “Other Entities on Hukoomi” in the “Select Services” page, then click on “Next”.
• Confirm selected authority so that the representative can have access to the services of ministries and institutions on Hukoomi for the selected establishment.
• Login to Hukoomi so that the establishment representative can find the establishment for whose services the authorized person granted him access.

Additional Information

If the establishment is not a service providing one, the system will display the “Service Representatives List” page immediately to inquire about the current service representatives, with the possibility to modify their authorities, remove them or add new representatives.
