Description

System admin in the company that intends to submit customs declaration, can authorize clearing agencies online in one or more ports of entry. The clearing agency should be authorized in a specific port of entry according to the set procedures. The system admin can also terminate or extend the authorization of a clearing agency.

Online Instructions

• Log in Al Nadeeb system.
• Enter the required information in the search standards for a clearing agency and click on "Search".
• Click on "Clearing Agency Symbol" link to view the details of the authorized clearing agency.
• Enter the authorization duration and port of entry type, select "Authorize General Guarantee Account" and click on "Authorize".
• Click on "Yes" to confirm the clearing agency authorization.
