The Qatar Chamber can attest to commercial invoices or authorized signatures on commercial documents such as bills of sales, certificates of origin, etc. This service is for chamber members only.

Commercial Invoices

When attesting to commercial invoices, the completeness of the required data in the invoice will be checked along with the documents that confirm the country of origin.

Authorized Signatures

When attesting to authorized signatures, the membership of the company will be checked and the signature on the invoice will be attested to.

Application Process

Follow these steps to have your document authenticated:

• Fill out the application form.
• Briefly state the nature of your request in the “Your Message” field.
• Attach a letter that details your request, as well as any relevant documents, such as a copy of the customs declaration, the certificate of origin or the commercial invoice.
• Pay appropriate fees.

The document will be returned to you once it is ready.

Additional Information

A fee of QR50 applies to each authentication. Each additional original copy costs QR50, while simple copies cost QR10.
