Description

An investor may submit a request to the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MCI) at its headquarters in Lusail City to apply for waiver orownership transfer of a collective trademark.

Offline Instructions

  • Visit MOCI premises.
  • Fill out the waiver or transfer application.
  • Submit the application.
  • Pay the appropriate fees, in addition to the publishing fees. 
  • Reviewing the application by the officer, and completed the required procedure.

Required Documents

  • Extract from the Commercial Register.
  • Letter of attorney from the company to which the collective trademark is transferred.
  • The formal waiver or transfer agreement.
