Description
An investor may submit a request to the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MCI) at its headquarters in Lusail City to apply for waiver orownership transfer of a collective trademark.
Offline Instructions
- Visit MOCI premises.
- Fill out the waiver or transfer application.
- Submit the application.
- Pay the appropriate fees, in addition to the publishing fees.
- Reviewing the application by the officer, and completed the required procedure.
Required Documents
- Extract from the Commercial Register.
- Letter of attorney from the company to which the collective trademark is transferred.
- The formal waiver or transfer agreement.
