Service Description

Licensed healthcare practitioners or healthcare facilities may submit a request to the Department of Healthcare Professions (DHP) at the Ministry of Public Health to request an adjustment to their Continuing Professional Development (CPD) cycle requirements based on the duration of leave of absence and type.

Online Instructions

  • Log in to the Medical Licensing Registration System.
  • Click on “Apply to Update Practitioner Leave Details”.
  • Fill in all the required information as per the highlighted asterisks, attach all the required documents, then click on “Submit”.
  • After submission, your request will show (Pending with employer) which means your authorized focal point should approve your request via the institution account.
