Description

The Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) invites all potential vendors and contractors interested to participate in MoPH tenders to apply for a new registration or request an update of the existing registration details through the Contracts and Procurement Department at the MoPH. The details and information submitted are then reviewed to ensure compliance with MoPH requirements before notifying the vendors and contractors about the completion of registration.

Offline Instructions

  • Download and fill out the paper form, then submit it to the Contracts and Procurement Department at the MoPH.
  • Attach copy of ISO certificate (if available), letter of authorization (if sole agent or distributor) and past experience supporting documents.
  • Provide company profile, leaflet and brochures.
  • Submit copy of each of commercial registration, municipal license, tax card and classification certificate.
  • Clarify Qatar Chamber membership number.

Additional Information

  • Vendor or contractor may apply to list no more than five sub-categories of the Standard Equipment Category (SEC).
  • Vendor shall identify the types of materials or services as provided in the MoPH  .
  • Vendor can apply for SEC amendment from time to time at least six months from the first registration date.
  • MoPH provides a guide to the SEC as reference to vendors and contractors.
