Description
Importers may submit a request to the Registration and Drug Pricing Section of the Pharmacy and Drug Control Department (PDCD) to approve the registration of pharmaceutical products importer if all requirements are met.
Online Instructions
- Log in to the Pharmacy and Drug Control System (PDCD).
- Select “Pharmaceutical Products Importer Registration” service and enter all the required information.
- Attach the following documents:
- Filled out Pharmaceutical Products Importer Registration form
- Cover letter, original, stamped and signed from the agent, and addressed to the PDCD
- Valid drug store license, issued from the PDCD Inspection Department.
- Valid pharmacist license, issued from Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners (QCHP) at the Ministry of Public Health (MOPH)
- Valid commercial registration with activity indicated, issued from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry
- Submit your application.
