Service Description
Companies can apply online to prove the removal of violations that have banned the establishment transactions earlier and request reconsideration of the concerned department in the Ministry of Labor (MOL), in accordance with the provisions of Qatar Labor Law No.14 of 2004 and the implementing ministerial decisions thereto.
Online Instructions
- Enter establishment ID, QID number and phone number.
- Select the language: Arabic or English.
- Click "Enter".
- Register the ban removal request.
- Attach all documents proving removal of the ban reasons (valid establishment ID and commercial registration).
Additional Information
- If the ban reason is non-commitment of paying wages through the Wages Protection System (WPS), a subscription form (signed and approved by a WPS accredited bank) should be attached.
