Service Description

Founders who wish to establish an association (cultural, scientific, social, educational) may submit a registration request to obtain a license for establishing an association, in accordance with the provisions of Law Decree No. (21) of 2020 on  Private Associations and Foundations and the Decision of the Minister of Administrative Development, Labour and Social Affairs No. (107) of 2020 on the Issuance of Contract Forms or Memorandum of Association for Associations, Professional Associations, and Private Associations, as well as the Articles of Association for Each.

Online Instructions

• Download and fill out the application form, and attach the following documents:
  • Three original copies of the memorandum of association.
  • Three original copies of the article of the association.
  • Minutes of the founders’ meeting held to appoint members of the temporary committee that manages the association - under establishment.
  • QID Card Copy for each member.
  • Fill out and submit the Ministry of Interior’s Application form to issue a Certificate of Good Conduct.
  • A declaration by the founders of the association in accordance with Article No. (6) of the Ministerial Decision No. (107) of 2020 on the Issuance of Contract Forms or Memorandum of Association for Associations, Professional Associations, and Private Associations, as well as the Articles of Association for Each.
• Pay appropriate fees and submit your application.
