Local investors may submit a request to the Intellectual Property Protection Department at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MOCI) to correct, amend or make additions to a patent application.

- Submit official letter to the Intellectual Property Protection Department stating the reason for correction, amendment or addition.
- Attach any supporting documents.
- Pay appropriate fees.
