Apply for Cancelation of Herbal Product

Pharmaceutical agents and representatives may submit a request to the Registration and Drug Pricing Section of the Pharmacy and Drug Control Department to approve the cancelation of a herbal product if all requirements are met.

Online Instructions

  • Log in to the Pharmacy and Drug Control System (PDCD).
  • Select “Cancelation of Herbal Product” service and enter all the required information.
  • Attach the following documents:

  • Filled out Cancelation of Herbal Product form
  • Original request letter from the agent addressed to the PDCD, stating the cancellation reason/s
  • Original request letter from the Marketing Authorization Holder (MAH) stating the cancellation reason/s and the product registration status in other countries
  • Original certificate for the registered product from the PDCD

  • Submit your application.


No fees are required for this service.
