Service Description
The international engineering consulting offices may submit a request to the Engineers and Engineering Offices Accrediting and Classifying Committee to amend and update their information, such as the address and contact details, in the local engineering consulting offices register and the database.
Offline Instructions
- Download and fill out the paper form, then submit it to the Engineers and Engineering Offices Accrediting and Classifying Committee at the Ministry of Municipality (MoM) (in Dafna).
- Attach Amendment on Engineering Office/ Company Location application form.
- Attach original copy of office document and certificate for update purpose by the Committee.
- Submit the documents supporting change of contact details (lease contract in case of updating address, office sketch, … etc.)

Additional Information
- Office enrolment document, stamped and signed by in charge engineer, shall be filled before the Committee’s approval and attached in the form of a CD.
- MoM clarifies on its website the process plan of the service in detail and in the form of a work plan.
- This service requires one day to be completed.
