Service Description

The government scholarship portal enables the student to know all the necessary details about any government scholarship program in the State of Qatar and apply for it online.

Online Instructions

• Log in if you have an account or create a new user account on the homepage of the government scholarship portal.  
• Click on Request Scholarship from the list of scholarships that you could apply for.
• Select the scholarship type, university from the list of accredited universities, and country.
• Click on "Apply" to create a new request.
• Attach all the required documents, and fill out the application form.
• Submit your request.

Additional Information

• The status of the request can be checked after registration, and some other electronic services can also be provided if the request is accepted.
• Scholarships are accepted according to the vacancy plan approved every year through the Civil Service and Governmental Development Bureau.
• If the student’s scholarship is approved, the student can apply for other electronic services such as extending, freezing, and adding dependents.
