Description
This service enables government entities to submit a request online to apply for a license to import educational books, on the e-services portal of the Ministry of Culture and Sports (MCS).
Online Instructions
- Go to MCS e-services portal, and enter your username and password if you were previously registered in the National Authentication System.
- Select Government License Requests under the Department of Publications, Audio & Visual Media - Licensing Section.
- Choose the Activity “Importing Educational Books for Government Bodies”, filling out its respective online application form.
- Attach the following documents:
- Letter addressed to the department’s manager
- QID copy of the responsible manager or authorized person
- Signature’s authorization proof certificate in case of applying as a representative or authorized signatory
- Submit the application.
Fees
This service is exempt from fees.
Additional Information
- It takes five (5) working days to get the license.
- This service is available on the Ministry’s mobile app.
