Service Description

This service allows witnesses added in the complaints of leaving the work or purpose violation to confirm their verification of the incident.

Online Instructions

  • Log in to Metrash2 app, by entering QID number and password.
  • Press on the “General Services” and then “Search and Follow Up Department Services”.
  • Press on the "Witness Approval" service.
  • Choose the complaint and press "Accept" or "Reject".
