Service Description
This service allows for the submission of applications, that require approval from the Expatriates Affairs Department, for reducing fines imposed on expatriates and declaring the reduction rate.
Online Instructions
- Log in to Metrash2 app, by entering QID number and password.
- Press on "Residency" on the main page.
- Enter to "Residency Fine" service.
- Enter QID number for personal transaction, and for company transaction select company and enter QID, and press on “Next”.
- Press on "Request for a Residency Fine Reduction", then press on "Yes".
