Service Description

Companies with a Qatar National Bank (QNB) account, whether under a personal or company name, may submit a request to the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) to activate the account-to-account service in QNB from their accounts to the e-government services account in order to pay the outstanding fees of the e-Government services used by these companies.

Offline Instructions

  • Download and fill in the paper form.
  • Submit the paper form, signed by the bank-authorized signatory in the company and stamped with the company official stamp, by email address: contact@hukoomi.qa.
  • Attach copy of QID card of authorized person and establishment ID of company.

Additional Information

  • This service is activated for Hukoomi services (Health Card only) and not the services of the Ministry of Interior (MOI) online portal.
  • This service is activated for corporates only, and they should be added to the e-Gov Smart Card before activating the service.
  • The account-to-account service is activated on QNB personal or corporate accounts only.
  • To activate more than one company on the same account number, please create only one letter for all the companies and fill in only one form for all of them.
