This service allows people with disabilities the ability to move independently, comfortably and easily.
Online Instructions
- Login to your account on Karwa website.
- Set the pickup and drop off points.
- Choose “Accessible Taxi” and click on “request Karwa”.
Additional Information
- You can also request the accessible taxi through Karwa mobile application on Google play and App Store, by logging in to your personal account and following the above mentioned steps.
Service Fees
- Starting Fare: QR 10 for 4.5Km
- QR 1.6 per KM (Day Tariff - 5am to 11pm)
- QR 1.9 per KM (Night Tariff - 11pm to 4am)
- Waiting time charges: First 15 minutes free, then QR 0.50 per minute
