The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) has announced the winners of the Qatar Digital Business Awards 2021 on the sidelines of Doha Smart City Expo 2022, whose events concluded yesterday, March 30, 2022. 

HE Mrs Reem Mohammed Al Mansoori, Assistant Undersecretary of Digital Society Development at MCIT, said that the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has shown the world and Qatar that digital transformation is not only an ordinary service but also an urgent necessity. She noted that these difficult times have helped in showing the best of the candidates in this year’s edition, since they manifested dedication and determination overcoming all challenges and delivering important innovations.

She added that participating companies contributing to the growth of the digital sector in Qatar has also demonstrated ingenuity and high capabilities in providing required services for the benefit of the public and private sectors as well as a society during the COVID-19 pandemic.
