Qatar Society of Engineers (QSE) will organize the Transport Engineering Conference & Exhibition, from 5 to 7 April 2021, under the sponsorship of the Ministry of Transport and Communications (MOTC).
The QSE has said that the conference will shed light on the issues of transportation with its three sectors: land, air and sea. The QSE noted that the conference will be a three-day conference to be held in Sharq Village & Spa, with the participation of 50 people.
A news conference was held at the MOTC’s headquarters yesterday, and attended by Engineer Khaled bin Ahmed Mubarak Al Nasr, the Chairman of the Society’s board of directors, and Ms. Noor Ibrahim Shahdad, Director of International Relations and Acting Director of Public Relations and Communications at the MOTC.
During the news conference, the Society announced that the Transport Engineering Conference & Exhibition aims at highlighting the achievements that have been made in the transport engineering area in the State of Qatar, as well as monitoring the current challenges facing the major projects, and coming up with recommendations that will contribute to improving and raising quality standards.
