The Supreme Judiciary Council (SJC) has recently launched the user guide of online services, to explain the steps of registering civil and family lawsuits via Al Mahakem portal, and how to select a lawsuit that needs to be registered and to submit it, as well as to demonstrate how to properly insert data related to the lawsuit, add required attachments, upload them, and then confirm a request

The user guide distributed by SJC to lawyers has revealed that a court staff shall receive a general request form submitted via the e-portal, review it, and validate the inserted data.

Once a request meets all required conditions, a staff member accepts the request and starts registering it in Al Mahakem system. The user guide also illustrated the means of e-payment via the portal.
