Mr. Amer Saeed Al Ghafri, Assistant Director of the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice (MoJ), confirmed that the last period witnessed the formation of a work team to restructure all transactions, in order to provide more services online to avoid congestion and reduce attendance at the various service centers affiliated with the Ministry.

He pointed out that MoJ is continuously updating the real estate pricing program according to the weekly real estate bulletin so that its pricing matches the current market prices, highlighting that the comments of real estate brokers and citizens about the program will be taken into consideration.

Regarding the elderly services, Al Ghafri said that the Ministry provides special services for the elderly, and that in addition to Absher service, which allows completing elderly transactions from home, there is the Single Window service that finalizes all services from the beginning to the end by one employee.
