The Financial and Economic Affairs Committee at the Shura Council held its meeting yesterday, chaired by Committee's Rapporteur HE Mr. Ali bin Abdullatif Al Misnad Al Muhannadi.

During the session, the Council completed considering a draft law amending some provisions of the Commercial Companies Law issued under Law No.11 of 2015. That happened in the presence of HE Mr. Saleh bin Majid Al Khulaifi, Acting Undersecretary for Trade Affairs, and Legal Researcher, Mr. Hassan Abdulrazzaq Al Sayyid, as representatives for the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.  

The Council decided to submit its recommendations on the abovementioned draft law to the Shura Council.
