Ms. Dhabya Al-Buainain, Director of the National Human Resources Development Department at Civil Service and Government Development Bureau (CSGDB), has explained the most notable improvements introduced to Kawader National E-Recruitment Portal.

Ms. Al-Buainain said that work is underway to provide a window dedicated for retirees and employees who are still working so that their expertise will be used in the private sector and this window will be launched soon.  

She added: "We have conducted a workshop to human resource directors to find out difficulties facing them and entities that post their job openings via Kawader National E-Recruitment Portal. We also monitor problems facing job seekers by speaking to them and monitoring their views."  

She pointed out that over the past period, CSGDB has attempted to find swift solutions for job seekers and one of these solutions is on organizing training sessions to make job seekers qualified for job interviews. Thereby, the "Fast Recruitment" initiative has coordinated with many government and semi-government entities in the State, as she said.
