Qatar Railways Company (Qatar Rail) has announced the resumption of Doha Metro services next Friday to facilitate the movement of passengers during the temporary closure of the Corniche Road from August 6 to August10.

Qatar Rail emphasizes the role of the Doha Metro network in covering the main destinations around Corniche through its stations in that area, explaining that the metrolink and metroexpress services will also continue to operate during the road closures, however, some routes have been temporarily diverted in order to access the metro stations.

On its part, the Ministry of Transport and Communications, in a tweet on Twitter, called for the use of the metro to reach Corniche and main destinations in Doha, as well as enjoying an easy transportation experience.
