Qatar University (QU) and the Ministry of Interior (MOI) have signed a cooperation agreement that includes regulating the electronic connectivity process between them and exchanging data in order to achieve its accuracy and raise the level of services provided to the public by facilitating and accelerating procedures.
The agreement was signed by Dr. Eiman Mustafawi, Vice President for Student Affairs at QU and HE Major General Saleh Khamis Ghanim Al Kubaisi, Director of MOI's Information Systems Department.
The agreement aims to regulate the work between MOI and QU in the fields of electronic connectivity and information exchange, as MOI will provide QU with personal data of individuals and applicants.
According to the agreement, both parties shall be committed to observing the operational rules and controls when operating the electronic inquiry service and when operating the electronic data update service.
