Qatar Science and Technology Park (QSTP), a member of the Research, Development and Innovation Sector at Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development, announced yesterday a new partnership with Microsoft to develop the work system for start-up companies in the State of Qatar and push them to new levels of growth and prosperity.

This partnership seeks to provide cloud-computing resources to entrepreneurs, increase research, development and innovation activity, and promote the development of the State of Qatar as a global center for innovation.

On this occasion, Mr. Yousef Al Salihi, Executive Director of QSTP, said: "One of our main goals at QSTP is to ensure that companies own innovative technology in Qatar. We believe that the partnership with Microsoft will help us achieve these goals."
