QNTC Launches e-Learning Initiative to Develop Staff Skills

Qatar National Tourism Council (QNTC) has launched an e-learning program, as part of a more inclusive initiative to develop staff skills and elevate the performance of the tourism sector in the State of Qatar. This is by conducting trainings on LinkedIn's e-learning platform in many topics including project management, business writing and presentations. This also includes the Service Excellence program launched by QNTC and this program aims at consolidating Qatar's standing as a global tourist destination that is marked by providing high-quality hospitality services for its visitors during each stage of the customer journey to Qatar. 

In addition to the training, QNTC allows staff to participate in the "Knowledge Talk Series" via the e-learning program, as well as participating in virtual conferences and seminars.
