Qatar National Tourism Council (QNTC) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Mowasalat (Karwa) Company to train its Karwa staffs on customer service, and enhance their knowledge of tourism offerings in the State of Qatar.

This MoU marks the first phase of the newly launched Service Excellence program, which forms a core part of the Qatar National Tourism Sector Strategy.  

QNTC is working with its partners to elevate the quality of the experience of visitors in all its phases. The goal of the training and providing certifications is to ensure the highest standards of service provided to visitors from their arrival at Hamad International Airport or Doha Port until their departure of the country.
