The World Innovation Summit for Health (WISH), a global healthcare initiative launched by Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development (QF), has announced the launch of the upcoming edition of "WISH 2020" summit from 15-19 November 2020 via videoconferencing.
A statement issued by QF stated that the main activities of the five-day "WISH" summit include a mixture of panel discussions with global healthcare experts, where participants can interact with them and ask their questions directly, as well as exhibition halls, and spaces where authors of the WISH reports can be met. There will also be active workshops open to all, something which was difficult to be achieved at the previous regular summits.
The conference sheds light on a number of main topics, including climate and health, and mental health, in addition to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, and the topic of the pandemic will be the focus of many discussions throughout the conference period.
