Qatar Obtains Public Health Services Accreditation from PHAB

The Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) has been awarded the national accreditation status of the US Public Health Accreditation Board (PHAB).
The State of Qatar became the first country in the world to obtain the international certificate of accreditation of public health services after the United States of America.
HE Dr. Hanan Mohammed Al Kuwari, the Minister of Public Health, received the certificate of accreditation of public health services in Qatar from PHAB President and CEO Paul Kuehnert.
This high international accreditation is a confirmation that the concepts and principles of public health practices in the State of Qatar are implemented in accordance with the best international standards.
