The Qatari Amiri Corps of Engineers (QACE) and the Public Works Authority (Ashghal) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to enhance mutual cooperation between the two parties, and to benefit from their resources through the exchange of experiences and engineering and technical references for the implementation of projects in several fields.

The MoU, which aims at develop human resources, conduct training programs, events, forums, and joint workshops quarterly, was signed in presence of Ashghal president Dr. Engineer Saad bin Ahmed al Muhannadi, and QACE Commander Major General engineer Essa bin Ali al Kubaisi.
